As May is the Mental Health Awareness Month, let's dive into the stories of celebrities who, despite their success and fame, continue to struggle with mental health issues.

Here are a few of these Hollywood celebrities who opened up about their Mental Health:

1. Selena Gomez

Gomez have been vocal about her own mental health journey emphasizing the significance of family support. She have been raising money for the cause, and founded entire brand to focus on mental health maintenance. The Only Murders in the Building actress recently shared in an interview with Vogue, "I don’t feel good all the time... Even just having a moment with my sister makes me feel better."

2. Hailey Bieber

In 2023, the mom-to-be got candid on Instagram, revealing the sadness and hardships she encountered. Hailey, wife of Justin Bieber shared, "I like to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes it’s easier than admitting I’m having a hard time, But truthfully since 2023 started I have had some of the saddest, hardest moments I’ve ever had in my adult life and my mind and emotions have been fragile to say the least. And I know so many other people feel the way I feel, so just know you’re not alone."

3. Justin Bieber

The Baby hitmaker has openly discussed his battles with depression and loneliness, particularly during his touring days. "I got really depressed on tour, I haven’t talked about this, and I’m still processing so much stuff that I haven’t talked about. I was lonely. I needed some time," Bieber shared in an interview with Vogue.

4. Sophie Turner

The Games of Thrones actress has spoken about the impact of social media criticism on her mental health. Recently, in an interview with Run-Through with Vogue podcast, Turner discussed struggles with depression and anxiety, revealing that she used to isolate herself when triggered by these emotions. " have these moments all the time where I get overwhelmed and anxious and depressed, and I pick up the phone to my friends, and I can get over it in about 20 minutes."

5. Billie Eilish

The Grammy-winning artist has been refreshingly honest about her struggles with depression and body dysmorphia. During an interview with an interview on Apple Music’s Beats 1, Eilish shared, "depression has controlled sort of like everything in my life..." adding, "for my whole life, I’ve kind of always been a melancholy person."

During an interview with RollingStone, the singer expressed his longing to perform again. He jokingly stated, "I would love to, but I can't stand up right."
